Josh Gottry’s performance record spans over 30 years with experience ranging from professional orchestras to poolside steel drum, musical theater to solo recitals, and church worship teams to jazz combos and chamber ensembles. He has served as principal percussionist with the Flagstaff Symphony and Symphony of the Southwest and performed with the Phoenix Symphony, West Valley Symphony Orchestra, West Valley Chamber Percussion Ensemble, and Salt River Brass. He has played percussion and drumset for the Chandler Children’s Choir, ACDA Western Division Honor Choir, OAKE National Conference Choirs, Phoenix Girls Chorus, and Phoenix Theatre, performed regularly for productions at Chandler-Gilbert Community College, and spent ten years as the first-call alternate percussionist for the Broadway Palm West Dinner Theatre.
